United Vision for Idaho Inc. is a 501 (c) (c3) charitable educational nonprofit organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Service and is registered with the Idaho Secretary of State as a nonprofit organization. As such, we place a high priority on protecting your privacy and securing any personal information you may provide to us. Encrypted, secure sites such as ours are identifiable by the inclusion of an S in the URL displayed in your browser. Sites with HTTPS as the prefix are secure. Sites that begin with simply HTTP are not secure. When you click on the “Donate” and “donate” piggy bank graphics on our pages, you are taken to a separate, secure site operated by Razoo, a crowdfunding company that manages donations to United Vision for Idaho. The link specifically takes you to a donation story about the mission and purpose of United Vision for Idaho, and what we do with your contributions. What Information We Collect
Visitors to www.UVIdaho.org and our associated Blog at https://UVIdaho.blogspot.com/ and individuals who register to volunteer, or to receive communications from United Vision for Idaho, or who register for information about events sponsored by United Vision for Idaho voluntarily provide us with contact information (such as name and e-mail address). We may use this information for specific, limited purposes. You may always choose not to receive information from us any time by using by sending us a blank e-mail message with the phrase “unsubscribe” in the subject field to adriennesevans@gmail.com.
IP addresses
TransForm Idaho uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, such as appearance on different devices and different browsers, to administer www.UVIdaho.org, and for statistical metrics used to track website visitor traffic.
Cookies
www.UVIdaho.org uses "cookie" messages to automatically help provide better services. They remind us who you are and your preferences for our website based on what you've done and told us before. About Our Content
This site and our associated Blog provide articles on issues of concern and interest to Idaho voters, compiled from print, broadcast and Internet-based sources. We strive to include verified information, identifying and attributing the sources we use to ensure our readers have an opportunity to confirm and weigh the credibility and veracity of content and have access to the context of the information we use as sources. These resources are listed at the bottom of each Blog post.
Although we attempt to re-report and confirm information in the summaries we compile, we rely upon the original, primary sources for the accuracy and quality of their reports. Where possible, we seek additional, corroborating sources to support our posts.
We publish pertinent commentary, data, and background information from credible, established, primary sources whenever we can. Content on our Web site and in this Blog is produced under terms of an International Creative Commons License, which basically means you may copy and repost or share our content, providing you attribute the material to United Vision for Idaho.
